Receiving Stock (Goods In)

When new inventory arrives at your warehouse, you need to record it in storq.io. This is called "goods in" or receiving.

How to Receive Stock

1. Click Inventory in the sidebar.
2. Click Goods In.
3. Select or scan the Product you are receiving.
4. Enter the Quantity.
5. Select the Location where you are putting the stock.
6. Click Receive.

The stock level for that product is updated immediately. A stock movement record is created so you can trace when and where stock was added.

Tips

• Use a barcode scanner for speed - scan the product barcode and the location barcode.
• Double-check quantities before confirming. Corrections can be made with a stock adjustment.
