Fulfillment Workflow

storq.io guides orders through three stages: picking, packing, and shipping. Each stage has its own screen so the right team member can focus on their task.

Step 1: Picking

1. Go to Orders and find an order with status Pending.
2. Open the order and click Start Picking.
3. The system shows you which items to collect and where they are located.
4. Confirm each item as you pick it.
5. When all items are picked, click Complete Picking.

Step 2: Packing

1. The order moves to the Packing queue.
2. Open the order from the packing screen.
3. Verify the items and pack them.
4. Click Complete Packing.

Step 3: Shipping

1. The order moves to the Shipping queue.
2. Open the order from the shipping screen.
3. Confirm the shipment details.
4. Click Confirm Shipment.

The order is now marked as Shipped and stock levels are updated automatically.
