Product Catalogue and Pricing

The portal displays a browsable product catalogue that your customers can search and order from.

Which Products Appear

Only products with a sell price set are visible in the portal. If a product has no sell price, it is hidden from customers. Products show their name, SKU, description, image, and stock availability.

Per-Customer Discounts

Each customer can have a discount percentage set on their record. When a customer with a discount browses the catalogue, they see their discounted price alongside the original price (shown crossed out). The discount is applied automatically to all products.

To set a discount, edit the customer record and enter a percentage in the Discount field.

Pay Now vs Pay Later

Customers can be configured for either payment model:

• Pay Now - the customer pays immediately via Stripe during checkout. Requires a connected Stripe account.
• Pay Later - the order is placed without payment. The customer receives an invoice when the order ships and can pay it later.

Public Catalogue

Visitors who are not signed in can browse your products but see a "Log in to see prices" message instead of pricing. They cannot add items to a cart or place orders.
