Creating Orders

An order tells your warehouse team what to pick, pack, and ship.

How to Create an Order

1. Click Orders in the sidebar.
2. Click New Order.
3. Enter an Order Reference (for example, "ORD-001").
4. Select a Customer from the dropdown.
5. Add one or more Line Items - choose a product and enter the quantity.
6. Click Create Order.

The order is created with a Pending status and is ready for the fulfillment team to pick.
