Notifications

storq.io sends in-app notifications to keep your team informed about important events across the platform.

What Triggers Notifications

• Stock - low stock alerts when a product falls below its reorder point
• Orders - order status changes and return requests
• Invoices - invoice payment confirmations
• Team - when a new team member joins
• Customers - customer-related events
• System - platform updates and announcements

Viewing Notifications

Click the bell icon in the header to go to the notifications page. An unread count badge shows how many new notifications you have.

You can filter notifications by:

• Read status - All, Unread, or Read
• Category - All, Stock, Orders, Team, or System

Managing Notifications

• Click a notification to view its details and mark it as read.
• Use the Mark Read button to mark a notification as read without navigating away.
• Click Mark All as Read to clear all unread notifications.
• Delete notifications you no longer need.

Notifications are kept for 30 days.
