Order Statuses

Every order moves through a series of statuses as it is fulfilled. Here is what each status means.

Status Lifecycle

1. Pending - the order has been created and is waiting to be picked.
2. Picking - a team member is collecting the items from the warehouse.
3. Packing - the items have been picked and are being packed for shipment.
4. Shipped - the order has left the warehouse.

Viewing Status

The current status is shown on the orders list and on each order's detail page. You can filter orders by status to focus on what needs attention.
