Inviting Team Members

You can invite other people to join your storq.io account so they can help manage products, process orders, and run warehouse operations.

How to Invite Someone

1. Open Settings in the sidebar.
2. Click Team.
3. Click Invite Team Member.
4. Enter their email address and choose a role.
5. Click Send Invitation.

The invitee receives an email with a link to set up their password and join your account.

Choosing a Role

Each team member is assigned a role that controls what they can access:

• Owner — Full access to everything including billing, account settings, and team management.
• Admin — Can manage products, customers, orders, and team members. Cannot access billing or delete the account.
• Staff — Can perform warehouse operations like receiving stock, picking orders, and running stock takes. Cannot manage products or team settings.

Managing Your Team

To see who has access to your account, go to Settings → Team. From there you can revoke access for any team member.
