1. Acceptance of Terms
storq.io ("the Service") is operated by Limitlesswealth Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11015312).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including account owners, administrators, and team members invited to an account.
2. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with storq.io, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each account is intended for use by a single organization. You may not share your account credentials with anyone outside your organization.
3. Permitted Use
storq.io is a warehouse management platform. You may use the Service for lawful warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and related business activities.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including product information, stock levels, order data, and any other content you create or upload ("Your Data").
We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We access Your Data only to provide and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may export Your Data at any time through the account settings. Upon account termination, we will retain Your Data for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Factors beyond our reasonable control
We do not provide a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) unless separately agreed upon in writing. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
6. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, storq.io and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- Your Data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- Any outstanding fees remain due and payable
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
